For my project, I aim to expand Urban Company’s service offerings by introducing a beauty and wellness feature tailored to the Australian market, available to both current and new members.

Activities & Deliverables

• Scoping framework – Business goals and requirements

• Research – Industry insights, competitor analysis, surveys, interviews

• Mapping – Affinity, empathy, customer journey

• Creating personas of users

• Development and Design - UX/UI , wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, usability testing.

• Presenting methodology and designs.
